By using DigitalBerg services, customers agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and to ensure that their activities do not harm the stability, security, or availability of the DigitalBerg network or other users.

The statements that follow apply to all products and services offered by SSD Web Hosting, which include Dedicated Cloud and SSD VPS.
Clients are only allowed to use DigitalBerg Web Hosting’s server for lawful purposes. Spreading material that violates any country, federal, or Local guideline is forbidden. Thus, child pornography is firmly prohibited, as is including any copyrighted information when the client does not have copyright or a proper license on DigitalBerg Web Hosting’s server. In addition, using DigitalBerg Web Hosting’s servers or network to plan or support illegal activities is also prohibited.

Any action that causes DigitalBerg’s network, servers, or outside network to experience service interruptions is forbidden. An example is performing denial-of-service attacks or spreading maliciously configured software.
DigitalBerg does not allow anonymous proxies on its servers or networks, as they are easily abused and can negatively impact any connected servers or networks.
Client agrees not to use or make available on his or her website the tools or methods to send usenet postings or unsolicited emails, or to use DigitalBerg Web Hosting’s server to spread usenet postings or unsolicited emails, or to advertise their DigitalBerg-hosted website via usenet postings or unsolicited emails. A complaint about these spamming activities will be treated as a serious matter and will result in immediate account cancellation, with no refund.

If the IP numbers assigned to your account (assigned by DigitalBerg) is listed on an abuse database or blacklist, you will be in AUP violation and DigitalBerg may, at its discretion, take action to protect its IP numbers, by suspending or terminating your service, or other means seen to be reasonable by DigitalBerg, irrelevant of whether those IP actions were listed there due to your actions. An example of a blacklist is Spamhaus.
These include egold exchange and FOREX.
Strictly forbidden is the usage of DigitalBerg’s network to impersonate someone else or an entity, whether that occurs through email, online forums or another method. Included here are spoofed emails and network packet headers, regardless of whether they contain malicious intent.
Client agrees not to participate in actions related to Spamdexing, Black Hat SEO, or scraper sites, as they negatively affect server performance and are not permitted by DigitalBerg.
Aside from DigitalBerg Dedicated Server products, the client agrees to use DigitalBerg Web Hosting’s servers primarily to host a website and associated email capabilities. Thus, data uploaded must be largely for this purpose. The intention of DigitalBerg Web Hosting servers is not to be a data backup or archiving tool. DigitalBerg Web Hosting has the right to discuss and negotiate an additional fee with the client and/or to cease backups/archives as DigitalBerg Web Hosting deems appropriate.
Should the client exceed their allocated transfer bandwidth for a month, they are billed at a rate of £1 per excess 10GB.
The statements below apply solely to shared web hosting products and services that DigitalBerg offers.
FORBIDDEN CONTENT & ACTIONS
Client agrees not to run a free adult image gallery, banner exchange, or free adult thumbnail gallery post on their website.

All “bouncers” (such as BNC) and IRC bots are banned.
DigitalBerg Shared Hosting services do not allow BitTorrent software, as it is quite often (and easily) abused and mistreated.
